Cancellation Charges

• Up to 28 days before the course: 90% refund
• Substitutes: Delegate replacements are accepted at no extra cost. Please contact us via phone to make the request.

We strive to deliver the program as advertised. However, in unforeseen circumstances, the organizers reserve the right to modify the content without prior notice.
